Killer Circuits

This is circuit training with a difference. We will put you through your paces, boot camp style, to push you to your limits. This class takes place outside in the yard (weather permitting) and will have you panting, sweating and most importantly having fun. Stand to attention soldier, and prepare for a real challenge!
Beginners Jiu-jitsu

This is where to start if you are looking to begin learning the movements and techniques of Brazilian jiu-jitsu. We will cover foundational takedowns, throws, pins and submissions used to combat your opponent. We recommend this class before you try intermediate Jiu Jitsu.

As we switch between dynamic stretches, bodyweight resistance movements and high-intensity burnout sets, you’ll be truly testing your limits. With only a short rest between each timed round we will keep that heart rate up and your body working.
Beginners Muay Thai

As we learn the fundamentals of muay thai l we will cover correct stance, techniques, movements, punches and kicks. We have gloves for our members to borrow but we recommended investing in your own as you progress. This is where to start to get the fundamentals of kickboxing down, before moving on to our intermediate class.

Intermediate Muay Thai

Here we build on skills learned in the beginner class, tackling more advanced stances, kicks and moves. Expect bag work and sparring. Classes include high intensity warm-ups and are physically demanding. We recommend attending our beginner’s class if you haven’t done Mai tai before.

Get prepared to see what your body is cable of. We’ll have you folding and bending in places you never knew you could, as we use classic gymnastic techniques to build mobility and core strength. This is a tough class so good foundational fitness and flexibility are recommended to get the most out of the session.
